How the bi fold doors come packed?
Here is what to expect when the doors are delivered.
Firstly, you will have your door panels packed individually already fully glazed and hinges fitted.
The second package would be the mullions (fits vertically between the panels)
The third package would be the frame which is flat packed into 4 pieces. (the longest length of the package would depend on the width of door size ordered)
Lastly, you will receive a hardware box. This will include all the ironmongery, locking cylinder with keys, various screws (including frame fixing screws and caps), door catch, drain caps and installation guide.
Everything comes very well packaged with plastic corner protectors, foam and wrap.
All parts are labelled for a smooth easy installation process.
Delivery
Customers have an option to either collect or use our professional home delivery services.
We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes within 7 days of the order being confirmed. ( We deliver to England, Wales and majority of Scotland but not off-shore locations, including – but not limited to – the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Northern Scotland, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. For off-shore location delivery charges please contact us by email or telephone before you place your order.)
Delivery charges depend on product size/weight and delivery location. We try our utmost best to cater and meet the needs of the customer. Below are a few examples of deliver cost for UK mainland

Once the order has been placed and order processed, we or the delivery driver will contact you providing a delivery date.
On the day of the delivery the driver will be in touch providing a time slot/ETA
Most drivers may be happy to help however have someone on site capable of lifting doors into your property as the couriers are not insured to bring goods in to your home.
We reserve the right to charge for re –delivery when there is no one to accept the delivery on the proposed delivery date or incorrect address was provide
Receiving Your Order
On the day of delivery, you will need to be at home to sign and take delivery of the goods.
On arrival, please pay attention to the packaging ensuring there has been no damage during transit.
If there is any damage you will need to follow these procedures:
– If the goods/packaging is severely damaged, please refuse delivery and mark the hand held device as ‘badly damaged’ and ‘returned’.
– If the outer packaging has little damage or usual damage from handing please accept but mark delivery note as ‘packaging damaged’
In both instances contact our customer services.
We strongly recommend to not begin installation of any defective products. We will replace any damaged/ defective items and send the original to our supplied. Any damage during installation is not our responsibility.
It is the customer responsibility to unpack and check for faults, defect, missing parts or any damage within 48 hours. Please contact customer service or email us with details. Unfortunately we are unable to process any reports after 48 hours of delivery or after installation has begun.
All deliveries are made between 6 am to 6 pm 7 days a week. Sometimes you may receives estimated time of delivery from the courier companies but we cannot take responsibility for this.
Most drivers may be happy to help however have someone on site capable of lifting doors in to your property as the couriers are not insured to bring goods in to your home. Please also note most couriers are wearing body cams due to the nature of the items they are delivering.
Systematic profile design, the hinges and pulleys are completely hidden after the door is closed, the appearance is simple and elegant. We are still yet to see any other company offering this latest hidden hinge technology. We are proud to be the only company on the market that offers this system.
As standard all our bi fold doors come with 37mm double, toughened, argon gas filled glass. Unlike many companies using only 24mm or 28mm glass. This combined with the thermal break aluminium profile creates an outstanding U-value of 1.2W/m2K. With this you can expect minimum chance of heat escaping as well as dampen any outside noise, whether it is a neighbour’s lawn mower or traffic noise. They are designed to keep your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer, reducing the amount of energy you need to heat or cool your home. This not only saves you money on energy bills but also helps reduce your carbon footprint.

Our bi fold door systems are super easy to install unlike many systems available out there with complicating installation procedures. Prior to packing all our doors are fully tested, married up ensuring every set is as it should be when you receive them resulting in a smooth fitting experience.
With the price displayed we provide everything you need to install the system including the panels, frame, mullions, glass, ironmongery, locking system with keys, screws, screw caps, wall plugs, weep vents, door catch, door handle protector and installation guide. Price includes VAT, there is no hidden charges or having to pay for anything extra. The only item we don’t include as standard is a cill, reason being as some projects require one and some don’t. You can add a cill into your basket when ordering from us which will cost £70.
What makes us different to other companies is that we have items in stock ready to be dispatched or ready for immediate collection, there is no long lead times with us. The secret behind this is that we manufacture all common sizes in large quantities which costs us less than having a specific size bespoke made to order. We then pass the savings directly onto the customer so don’t be surprised by the ultra low prices because we can guarantee the quality is there. This doesn’t mean we can’t supply bespoke sizes so feel free to get in touch for a quote.
All our stock standard size bi fold door opens outwards and have a 90 degrees mitre machine cut high quality corners on the aluminium frames and doors.
For all our hardware we use german branded super high quality and sleek including roller, hinges, handles and locking cylinder.
The door leaf has an automatic locking function, which can be locked with one pull, and opened with one push and pull, providing intimate protection and reducing hidden dangers.
