Delivery Information

Customers have an option to either collecting or use our professional home delivery services.

We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes within 7 days of the order being confirmed. ( We deliver to England, Wales and majority of Scotland but not off-shore locations, including – but not limited to – the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Northern Scotland, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland. For off-shore location delivery charges please contact us by email or telephone before you place your order.)

Delivery charges depend on product size/weight and delivery location. We try our utmost best to cater and meet the needs of the customer. Below are a few examples of deliver cost for UK mainland:

Once the order has been placed and order processed, we or the delivery driver will contact you providing a delivery date.

On the day of the delivery the driver will be in touch providing a time slot/ETA

Most drivers may be happy to help however have someone on site capable of lifting doors into your property as the couriers are not insured to bring goods in to your home.

We reserve the right to charge for re –delivery when there is no one to accept the delivery on the proposed delivery date or incorrect address was provide

Receiving Your Order

On the day of delivery you will need to be at home t o sign and take delivery of the goods.

On arrival, please pay attention to the packaging ensuring there has been no damage during transit.

If there is any damage you will need to follow these procedures:
– If the goods/packaging is severely damaged please refuse delivery and mark the hand held device as ‘badly damaged’ and ‘returned’.
– If the outer packaging has little damage or usual damage from handing please accept but mark delivery note as ‘packaging damaged’

In both instances contact our customer services.
We strongly recommend to not begin installation of any defective products. We will replace any damaged/ defective items and send the original to our supplied. Any damage during installation is not our responsibility.

It is the customer responsibility to unpack and check for faults, defect, missing parts or any damage within 48 hours. Please contact customer service or email us with details. Unfortunately we are unable to process any reports after 48 hours of delivery or after installation has begun.

All deliveries are made between 6 am to 6 pm 7 days a week. Sometimes you may receives estimated time of delivery from the courier companies but we cannot take responsibility for this.
Most drivers may be happy to help however have someone on site capable of lifting doors in to your property as the couriers are not insured to bring goods in to your home. Please also note most couriers are wearing body cams due to the nature of the items they are delivering.
